I mean, I should just ask: what is the smallest part of the human body? Could be a tricky question, but I guess we all know we are made out of cells. Scientifically speaking “Cell, in biology, the basic membrane-bound unit that contains the fundamental molecules of life and of which all living things are composed.”
A single cell is often a complete organism in itself. These cells cooperate with other specialized cells and become the building blocks of large multicellular organisms, such as humans.
Remember the previous sentence! Read it again!
So here is a hypothesis I truly believe in, and I should also say that this is like the alpha and the omega for me if I talk about health: (drums…) if we keep our cells in the healthiest condition as possible, we are able to prevent most of the diseases. Exclamation mark! !!!!!!
YES! THAT IS IT! That is the core concept of living a healthy life! Of course we can’t do too many things about genetically caused diseases, but we can still prevent ourselves against many many others.
You know I never thought many years ago that this core concept is going to skyrocket me in the networking business. I was blind but now I see, and what I see is a miracle, something I can’t even share here.
